At ferm LIVING, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our online return portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack the Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized shipping point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
